My longstanding HR experience showed me how impactful a company’s culture is on performance and job fulfilment. Developing a culture that embraces change is key in my consulting work.

Coaching
Our professional life rarely appears linear. At the same time we are confronted with more options and decisions than ever before. In those times of change I provide coaching and career consulting covering the areas of professional prospects, personal development as well as conflict resolution. Aiming at planning your career in alignment with your goals, your personality and values.
For companies, I offer leadership coaching for well-experienced leaders as well as soon-to-be managers preparing them for new role expectations. My focus is to identify development potentials and refine a leader’s identity in order to further strengthen their management skills.
Interim Management
Sudden changes happen frequently. Do you require an experienced and pragmatic generalist for HR and people related matters?
I bridge such phases and quickly learn the ropes as People Lead/ Head of HR or HR Business Partner in order to safeguard efficient HR processes. Depending on your needs for support, I can also take over specific HR and people projects.
Team Development
New or longstanding teams – team building and development are powerful tools to improve your collaboration. Working with teams I offer workshops focusing on topics such as team organisation, communication and culture and make use of latest methods as well as personnel diagnostic tools if required.
