Eva-Maria Broich
My way of working is shaped by more than 15 years of experience in operational and strategic HR & people management. Many years of collaborating with international teams and in globally operating companies have made me an experienced generalist in all areas of human resources and people management.
Whether it concerns organisational development, leadership, teambuilding, talent management or setting up new businesses – my expertise enables me to navigate through the milestones of a transformation process. I strongly believe that there is no “one size fits all” solution, therefore, I focus on my client’s individual situation and together move towards a feasible and sustainable solution. Very much in the spirit of WITH PEOPLE I stay very close to the company and its people.
My profound coaching experience refined my focus on every individual’s contribution to the success of a corporation. The awareness that individual growth and inner fulfilment have a positive impact on the surroundings shapes the approach of WITH PEOPLE.
